Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
1. Scope
These Terms apply to purchases made through WeddingFlow Sites (sites.getweddingflow.com), operated by Roger J. Tedoldi, Switzerland ("we", "us").
2. Product
WeddingFlow Sites sells digital wedding-website templates. After a one-time payment you receive an activation code by email, which lets you create and host your own wedding website on sites.getweddingflow.com. This is a one-time purchase — not a subscription. There are no recurring charges.
3. Payment
- Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
- Prices are shown per template, one-time, VAT included where applicable.
- The same products may also be purchased via our Etsy shop.
4. Delivery
Immediately after a successful payment, we email you an activation code. Redeem it at sites.getweddingflow.com/setup to create your website.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund — contact us at hello@getweddingflow.com. Please note that for digital content, the right of withdrawal may lapse once you have redeemed your activation code and begun using the product, where permitted by law.
6. License & Use
- Each purchase entitles you to use one template for one wedding website.
- The templates and their content remain the intellectual property of WeddingFlow. Reselling or redistributing the templates is not permitted.
7. Your Website Content & Responsibility
WeddingFlow Sites provides the technical platform and hosting for your wedding website. You are solely responsible for all content you add to your website — including texts, photos, names, and guest information. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to that content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties or violate any applicable law.
WeddingFlow assumes no responsibility and no liability for the content published by customers on their websites. You agree to indemnify and hold WeddingFlow harmless from any third-party claims arising from your website content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend a website that is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms.
For any personal data you collect through your website (for example RSVP responses), you act as the data controller; WeddingFlow merely processes this data on your behalf as a processor.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
9. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for the loss of data that has not been backed up, nor for the content that customers create or publish on their websites (see section 7).
11. Applicable Law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the domicile of the operator.
